Located on an inland waterway, in tropical gardens, a few steps away from Kukulkan Boulevard at KM 4.0 It is a short walk to Cancun's famous La Boom Disco and only 10 minutes by taxi to Downtown Cancun or 15 minutes to Cancun's Convention Center area. 13 miles from international airport.

The resort has 101 rooms with two double beds and 10 Junior Suites with King Size Beds. All rooms and suites are brightly decorated and have telephone, color satellite TV, air conditioning, shower and tile floors. The Acquasol Club has a children's and adult's swimming pool, bar, kids club with children's program.

The "El Fogon" Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet Style) open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The "El Kiosko" Grill & Bar is open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm serving snacks and your favorite beverage. The a la carte specialties Restaurant "La Fonda" , is open for dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, international cuisine (reservation is required). Lobster, Prime Beef and imported beverages are available for a supplemental charge.

Beach and pool entertainment from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Acquasol Cancun is not a three star hotel; it's not even close. That hotel stinks out. I don't think this was as great as travel agents make it sound. The room doesn't have cable TV, the bathroom stinks and there are cockroaches.

This hotel was not worth the cost. It looks so nice on the computer but it is very run down. It is desperately in need of new management. The phones are not working, water not getting hot, walls cracking, just horrible.
