This is your choice for an all exclusive treat. The property and the people make this a wonderful experience. Once there you may be asked to spend an hour or so to take a tour and a chance to book more stays at an unpublished rate. You can choose not to take the opportunity to do so as well. The food needs a little help in some areas but the staff works so hard to please and pay attention to detail it is hard to tell them what exactly could use a little attention. This is an Adult ONLY atmosphere and is located and designed to be the best of the best as you can use their many locations and pro golf course.

Our experience at the Aventura Spa Palace was wonderful. Every need was catered to, and the staff was always, without exception, friendly and courteous. The only bad thing I could say is that the food isn't quite as good as some of the smaller resorts - that said, I enjoyed the food at each restaurant, and even the snack bar.

My husband and I went spent our honeymoon at the Aventura Palace in April 2004. The resort far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were fantastic, the lobbies were beautiful, and the restaurants were outstanding. Six restaurants to choose from, not including the snack bars at the pools. The pools were huge and have swim up bars. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Everyone treated us like royalty. The free water sports in the lagoon were great. We had so much fun. This resort really made our honeymoon memorable and we can't wait to come back!

We just came back from ten days in paradise at Aventura Palace. Congratulations to the management and staff of this truly five-star hotel. We will return!

I was robbed of my watch at the Aventura Spa Palace. It was taken from the spa while I was there for treatments. There were reports of other robberies too, even from locked, room safes. No beach. Pool closes early. If you choose to visit this unsafe hotel, do not take anything of any value and keep an eye on your possessions at all times!

We just got back from Aventura Spa Palace and for us it was the worst vacation we have ever been on and very displeased with the resort. First of all Aventura is very far from the airport around 1 hour, bed in room hard as a rock, pools close at 8:00 p.m., as well as the outside pool bars close at 6:00 p.m., no satellite TV in room you get about 5 channels and there all in Spanish, resort has NO type of night life whatsoever. At dark, basically everything closes down. Besides, the restaurants, when we were there no type of shows or live entertainment and NO ocean/beach access. This is not a resort I would recommend especially being a 5/6 star for all that money they charge we should have had the time of our life, but we didn't. Very disappointed!

I stayed at the Aventura Spa Palace because my daughter got married there, and the wedding turned out very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the setting for the wedding was very beautiful! The hotel was excellent! Food was delicious and drinks were plentiful, All the staff were gracious and willing to help. The pools were impeccable. It is far from Cancun but with all the tours available you really dont have to Cancun, unless you like the night life. If you want to bring back gifts (t-shirts caps etc.) The gift shop was very reasonable compared to shopping in Cancun. Cancun was very expensive. My husband and I will definitely be returning to the Aventura Palace.

This hotel Aventura Spa Palace is amazing... the food (6 restaurants available), the pool, the staff, everything was great. It is bit far from Cancun (1 hour by taxi) so the night life is not that great, but the hotel is worth it. Hope to go again soon.

Aventura Spa Palace is the place to go to get away from it all! All-inclusive and no kids!!! The service was extraordinary, Pools and beaches were plentiful, food was wonderful with many options including vegetarian, and close to many different spots if you want to get away. Well worth the extra "pesos" and all-inclusive is the way to go!
