Great location on the beach. Large rooms and patio. Lots of late night noise from the Blue Parrot patrons and traffic. A few prostitutes work the area at night-mainly for the Blue Parrot patrons. Spent 3 weeks there in May/June 2005 and felt it was a good deal for the price. Plenty of security. Hot water off sometimes.
