Hyatt Cancun Caribe is the worst hotel I have been to! The beds and bathroom were in an abysmal condition. They were dirty and disgusting. It seemed like a 'cheap' 2 star hotel in an LEDC. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked in after arriving from the airport (around midnight) so we had no choice but to sleep there. The next day we went to look for another hotel, and we find the Gran Caribe Real Hotel (which is right next to the Hyatt). We checked out of the Hyatt and checked in to the Gran Caribe Real. Our stay was pleasant after that. By the way, the other hotel was half the price of the Hyatt.

Overall I think my stay at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe was average. There were feces in my bed when we first got into the room. But other than that it was great.

The Hyatt Cancun Caribe was the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. The service was great and the beach area was phenomenal. The view was absolutely amazing from both the pool area as well as the room balcony. I did not get all-inclusive, so I'm not sure about how the food is, but it's very conveniently located. I would never even think about staying at a different hotel!

Hyatt Cancun Caribe is the best Hotel for service and location. Will be back next year.

Hyatt Cancun Caribe is a beautiful place! Avoid the timeshare hawks! They will drive you nuts- and dont book any tours through the hotel. All the tours are overpriced. Overall a great experience. Grounds are the finest I have seen in Cancun thus far.
