The place is magnificent! Upon arrival until departure, you don't want for a thing. It is right here for you & the service is spectacular! Everyone is extremely nice, friendly, & helpful. Our family had our best vacation here ever! (And we hope to return to Cancun Palace next year!)

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at the Cancun Palace in December. It was great. Weather was fabulous. Hotel was great. We got a room with a balcony instead of Jacuzzi. I thought the room could have been updated a little more, but for the amount of time you spend in it, I could deal with it. The food was great, as was the staff. We had a blast on the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I simply can't say enough about the Cancun Palace! We stayed from 5/11-5/15. From the moment we were received in the lobby to the moment we left it was a completely positive experience. The rooms were clean and large with a huge shower/tub combo (great water pressure as well). When we called about a light above the bathroom sink not working there was a staff member at our door within 10 minutes to change to bulb. The staff here is INCREDIBLE, always near for whatever you need, always friendly, always smiling. The view was AMAZING as well, beautiful sugar white sand and water so blue it hurts the eyes. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept; the food was great no matter what time of day. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful resort!

The beach was just incredibly blue. There were only 3 restaurants there, but who needs 10? The steaks they served there were so so good... And there were so much food and drinks, and everything else. We took a trip to Xpuha palace, and this place may just be my most favorite place of them all. The setting reminds me of Hawaii. The beach was great and there was even a little lagoon where you can go snorkeling. In short, we were all so happy and enjoying ourselves. We have planned to come back to Cancun Palace next year!

I have traveled to Cancun Palace for the past three years. I canot say enough about how much I have enjoyed it each time. The staff is wonderful and anything they can do to make your stay better they will go out of their way to help. You could not ask for a better beach anywhere. This year I am going to the Aventura Palace just to try something different.

I went with my family to Cancun Palace resort last summer....It was totally awesome! The beaches were amazing. Yes the water was a little rough but it was still tons of fun. The staff was great. Especially the entertainment staff! Aaron, Maricela, the Mexican --harry potter--, all of them were terrific! The food was awesome as well! My family even bought timeshare so we're going back this summer and will definitely go back in the years to come!

We just got back from a wonderful 5-night-stay at the Cancun Palace. The buffets were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet with all the fresh fruit. The daily and nighttime entertainment was outstanding. Never a dull moment. Would recommend this to anyone.

I'm in the military and I've seen the world, but I have to say that the Cancun Palace was the greatest. The food was great and the service was awesome. I would refer this spot to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the Cancun Palace. The rooms are very cheap. The walls are painted with deep blue high gloss paint. A/C is very dirty and doesn’t get cold. Rooms have a wooden partition and you can hear the next room. Food is the pits. The view is great and the outdoor restaurant view is wonderful. The lobby is very small with no A/C. The pools are ok. The beach is nice but the waves are very high and the sea is always rough. The water is very blue. If you like to be close to shopping, downtown and the clubs, you can put up with the bad food and poor accommodations. I suggest that you stay at the Moon Sunrise Palace and take the shuttle to the strip. First class accommodations.

Cancun Palace resort is beautiful! We spent our honeymoon there and it could not have been better! Staff is great, entertainment is top-notch. Attention to every detail! Could not swim on the beach though - much too rough. Hard to even walk on the beach as the sand is so soft. Pool is great though. Would definitely go back to this resort!

The Cancun Palace hotel was beautiful and the view was unbelievable. The staff and maid service were wonderful. The kids were a bother with their running and yelling all night but it is the --Party hotel.-- We will be staying at the Aventura Palace (adults only) next year.

My husband and I took our two teenage daughters for a week this month and had the most fabulous vacation of our lives. The Cancun Palace was lovely, staff very accommodating and the view was spectacular. Food was so-so and drinks were weak but that didn't stop us from having a blast. We would highly recommend this resort for families.

We stayed at Cancun Palace last October and will be back this year for sure! I don't think our honeymoon could have been any better spent! I totally recommend this to anyone who wants a unforgettable honeymoon! The staff was GREAT!

Awesome hotel. The food was great....and the staff even better. I was a little disappointed that we got placed on a floor with a lot of young kids. They were up all night and were pouring drinks through our door. We were moved within 2 days. I would definitely stay at the Cancun Palace again!
