I had a bad experience at Caribbean Paradise, Playa del Carmen. The rooms are small and insecure because the locks from the window doors are broken, they don't clean good the rooms (I found trash from the other guests). The TV signal is terrible, the breakfast area totally dirty, bees everywhere while you are eating, because they don't clean where you eating because is not even a restaurant. All what they show in the internet is a big lie, there is nothing in this hotel, is no spa and not even a resort. There were many other tourist complaining in the front desk about the rooms, the service, etc. Nobody was satisfied with the hotel. You should think twice before booking here because is waste of money. They should call this hotel Caribbean Disaster. Is no 3 or 1 star, is nothing. They should not offer in anyplace this hotel. I don't recommend it to anybody.
