This was the second time we have stayed at Caribbean Princess as we love it so much and because it is a lively hotel mainly for YOUNG people but also family orientated. First of all, the entire staff was amazing; the maids made sure our rooms were spotless everyday with new towels as well. The barmen coped very well considering the amount of people they had to serve keeping us well fuelled with alcohol throughout the day and long into the night. But the highlight of our hotel experience was all about the entertainment staff, Gabriel, Agustin, Soliel and Marianne. They kept us going for the entire 3 weeks with constant games and competitions so we were never bored. These guys were the main reason we went back to this hotel again. Overall I would rate my holiday 9/10 and am even considering going back next year for another 3 weeks. I would recommend this holiday to any young person between 18 and 30 who like games, drinking loads and partying hard every night.

Caribbean Princess is a small resort but very clean. The staff is great and always willing to help. I got a great deal on the place and went from March 10-18/06. I have stayed at bigger places and yes more expensive but for what I paid this was great. Bring money for the night-life, and bring bug spray. Rooms are nice, booze is good, and the food is good. Do use the a-la-carte at night. You are on vacation so don’t complain and have a blast.

The staff were ignorant and scroungers. The food was diabolical, the entertainment at the nighttime was some old geezer on an organ, in the day it was like been at school, wiyhh the silly games they played. We had take aways meals most nights. Not a place for a group of 10 well behaved men. We went at Xmas worst holiday we’ve ever had. “Thanks” First Choice.

I went to this Caribbean Princess Cancun in August 2005 and I have the most brilliant holiday ever. The rooms were excellent and cleaned everyday with new towel the food was good as well. The entertainment staff were the best Gabrielle,(so Hot) Augustin, Marco, Teresa, always there all day and then all night to take you out to the best clubs. The best holiday ever and already going back next year. Can’t Wait!

15 of us stayed at the Caribbean Princess in July 2005 and it has put me off all-inclusive hotels for life! The buffet food in the restaurant reminded me of old school dinners. Drinks were served up in re-used plastic cups with one barman serving about 60 people so you wait an age for a drink. 6 of our group suffered ear infections from the dirty swimming pool water (you can’t see the bottom that’s how dirty it is!) I was charged over £100 for a 15 min phone call to home as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went in 2003, the entertainment staff boss was a fella called Angel and the other Charlie and all the rest who kept us entertained all day and night from mad games of volleyball in the pool to mad games and stuff on the stage. The entertainment was good at night and the Mexican women who were dancing were well fit. I had a sound time, the booze kept flowing all day and night, the food was ok, in would definitely go back there with a few mates and have a good laugh, the night clubs are great as well, full of Mexican women, this place is a must.

A friend and I went to hotel Caribbean Princess in April and loved it so much that we are going back in August. The food is the only thing that was not good the breakfast and lunch was ok but we went out for some meals because it was so cheap. You can go out every night with the entertainment crew who take you to a club and get you a vip section which is great and free drinks all night. The entertainment crew was the best thanks to Bernardo, Augustin, and Marco.

We did a late deal and were allocated to the Caribbean Princess hotel. Compared to many other overpriced blocks of impersonal hotels with no balconies around, this was quaint and friendly. Our room boasted a super king bed, big squashy sofa and a small balcony overlooking pool and lagoon. As was all inclusive we mostly ate in, although the food was not fabulous it was more than adequate we did not starve. The drinks were fine but were indeed served in beakers and plastic cups but we requested glasses at night as were over primary school age! The beer was a bit watery but on the plus side could be swigged at all day without fear of getting too hammered, although occasionally could detect hint of pina colada. The pool barman was constantly on the cadge for a tip and even appeared at our room when we were packing, cheeky git. The rest were lovely especially the entertainment staff whom were fun by day or night and worked crazy hours. Our main beef was the sun beds, which had no covers at all and were without a doubt the most uncomfortable beds I have ever sat on, ouch, although were plentiful and there was always availability, even if you got up late. A few more brollys wouldn’t go amiss too. At this hotel we made loads of mates although mostly British a few Canadians too, every one got along well. The busses were every few minutes and cheap to use into main attractions or beach. Hotel evening entertainment was bingo, quizzes and the like, but the Mexican night was great, especially the food. If you get a chance go with the entertainment crew to Coco Bongo club. Top night with live shows, acrobats, and a cheeky little dwarf dressed as beetlejuice, who delighted in lifting up girls skirts. We would recommend this hotel but don’t expect culinary masterpieces or a sea view or a cover on your sun bed but don’t forget this is a 3* hotel and remember its less dosh than you can go to the Canary islands for its a bargain!

The hotel Caribbean Princess does not cater for children at night or adults come to think of it. If you want a good nightlife in your hotel avoid! The hotel is clean and friendly the food varied but the breakfast was the same for two weeks it is horrible! We had a nice time in Cancun and at this hotel. Would we go back? Definitely but not to this hotel. Thanks to all who stayed there on the 16th feb to 2nd march 05/we enjoyed your company.

I went to Caribbean Princess Cancun last year and could not get out of there quick enough. I had goods stolen from my room and my partner had his numbers taken off his Visa card and it wasn’t until we got home that the fraud showed up. The meals were ok but I lost weight and the choice was limited. The bar area is terrible with never enough seats and dirty plastic cups to drink out of when you can get the attention of the over worked staff. It is also on the lagoon side of Cancun and not the beautiful beach, which incidentally the free bus from the hotel only takes you half way there.

Just got back from 2 weeks of pure pleasure. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was on the whole good, the entertainment staff are second to none, they were FANTASTIC, I would only book there if I went back to Cancun. To anyone who reads this, give them a try, my 2 weeks stay there, not once did I hear a bad thing, and I also met some wonderful new friends. Caribbean Princess Cancun, Thank you and a special thank you to, Marco, Bernado, Agustine, Annie and a very special NARDIA.

I thought it was a brilliant holiday. My best holiday ever. I enjoyed every moment of it and the entertainment was very good at the Caribbean Princess Cancun.

I could not speak more highly of the Caribbean Princess Cancun. The Staff were all wonderful, the food varied and delicious and the rooms and other facilities were truly excellent. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone of any age. The location was beautiful; there was enthusiastic entertainment and imaginative activities. I spoke to a number of people who all said they would be staying there next year. Some complained that the food was not to their taste - but we found it more than adequate.

I thought Caribbean Princess Cancun hotel was way overrated. 3 stars? I would not pay $55 a night again for this place. Thumbs down!

The Caribbean Princess Cancun is wonderful. Small and efficient, it is friendly and the kind of place you feel home-sick for. All management and staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and the food is generally very good though maybe sometimes lacking a little imagination. The entertainment team is superb. We would have no hesitation in rebooking here and would in fact put it on request. The atmosphere far beats the larger hotels on the strip where all you will be is a number...
