This is not the Hilton and it is very close to all the loud Night clubs. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place, but if you want location for the night life this is it!

Carisa Palma is my favorite hotel on the hotel zone. The beach is beautiful and your only steps away from all the local eateries and shopping areas. The rooms are big with sliding glass doors/balconies facing the ocean. Nice pool also.

These condos are awesome. They are the hotel you want to go to when you have come back to Cancun, not when you go for the first time. The people are awesome; the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They are clean, and pay attention to the safety of their guests. As far as other comments I have seen about these hotels. LOL, Please people, it is a tropical resort area, get some nerve, complaining about hot water, and a shirt. Cancun hospitality is incredible compared to a lot of other places I've been. Even the basics, you have a bed, covers, television, phone, bathroom, shower, on the beach sweet weather, Wake up.

Carisa y Palma has a great location for nightlife. The elevators are slow! It was clean, nice, and a great place if you want to party at night. I would give it 2 stars at the most. You had to ask for the remote control for the TV. Had no phone in the room had to use the payphone.

Carisa y Palma has a great location for nightlife. Great Value! Staff was nice, elevators are terrible! Hard to get hot water. Great view! I would rate it as a 2.5 of 5 if you could put up with slow elevators and warm shower water. I probably would stay here again. The beach is pretty cool because of the large rocks at the sides. It’s like your own little private sandy beach.

Everything seemed well. Except in the last day when we have one (expensive) shirt stolen from our room. Our bag was opened and the shirt was removed. The hotel Carisa y Palma didn't care about it and didn't do anything. I would suggest you to be extra careful if you plan to go to this hotel.
