Casa de Acacia is a charming villa located in South Akumal, just a few minutes away from Central Akumal. The swimming and snorkeling in front of the villa is fantastic and there is also a swimming pool that overlooks the fabulous white sand beach and turquoise-blue tones of the Mexican Caribbean.
This 4-bedroom villa is uniquely configured for maximum convenience and versatility. The main house has 3 bedrooms. Two ocean view bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining/living room makes up the first floor. The second floor is a large master suite with a bedroom and bath, living and dining area and kitchen. In addition there is a lovely guesthouse which is a studio apartment with it's own kitchenette. This versatility gives your group the option to dine together or separately as the mood fits.
The main house also features great covered terraces on both floors for sitting out and enjoying the view or just relaxing in the sea breeze and listening to waves break gently onto the shore ahead. A roof top observatory adds another place to get away and take in the breathtaking views.
