Casa del Perro Feliz is a 3 Bedroom, private home in the Mayan Riviera on quiet Tankah Bay. Located south of Cancun, and in between Akumal and Tulum, it features stunning views of the Mexican Caribbean from the beach and the rooftop observation area, and is the perfect place to read, relax, sunbathe, kayak, and snorkel.

The house has over 2400sq. ft. and is appointed with Mexican tile floors, Mahogany trim and doors, a "cooks" kitchen with granite countertops, marble and tile in the bathrooms, a second floor balcony and patio, and lots of windows so you can take advantage of the beautiful views surrounding it. The custom made dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. All bedrooms have private baths, large closets and comfortable beds with box springs. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other two are located on the second floor adjacent to the second floor patio with views of the ocean.

If you've never visited Tankah before, you'll be delighted to see that it is a small community of very nice, beachfront homes, three small hotels, and two restaurants, all situated on a quiet, sparkling bay, with white sand beaches, nature & seclusion with nearby amenities such as shopping, restaurants and cultural sites. One can kayak or walk to Casa Cenote for a Margarita and a swim in the Cenote, or visit the Tulum Mayan Ruins, 8Kms. away. At the end of the day, relax on the rooftop sofa and watch the indigenous birds and the sun set over the jungle.
