Mariposa is located on a flat rocky shoreline in the private Las Rocas area of the resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras. The flat rocky shoreline in front of the villa offers spectacular vistas, well appreciated privacy and lazy hours spent combing the shore for treasures. On a calm day snorkeling in front of the villa is spectacular. A short stroll down from here is the Oasis beach with its' sandy beach and protected bay. Or the even nicer, Omni Beach with access to all of the Omni Hotel facilities, is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute car ride. Puerto Aventuras offers many options for guests with restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, diving, tennis, swim with dolphins, deep sea fishing, sailing charters, parasailing and other activities & services within walking distance of the villa.
