Casa Mayamor is set up for no more than 2 people, it is perfect for a romantic getaway, especially honeymoons, as it is so private.
Located on the beach of South Akumal, this casita is nestled among luxury villas. The semi-private beach is just that much safer, as this small residential gated, guarded, community has no retail busines'. Yet, it is only a 20 minute walk up the coast to Akumal Bay, or a 3 minute drive.
The ocean at South Akumal is protected by the reef, usually just bringing soft gentle lapping waves all that come upon shore. The coral filled waters are full of tropical sealife, and beckon the snorkeler or diver to it's treasures.
This property is a charming studio, and the split level adds the dimension of a bedroom. The simple open kitchen offers all the conveniences of a full kitchen , but in a smaller scale. The American caretakers/owners live in the roadside villa.
