Casa Texana is a two story oceanfront villa on the beach in exclusive South Akumal. This incredible 4 BR property offers spaciousness and privacy for a group of up to 8. Each level has a full kitchen and living room.
This is the only rental property along the coast that is equipped with a pool table. Other amenities include air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, stereo, hammocks, BBQ grill, large multi-level swimming pool with deep swimming area plus a shallow lounging area, patio areas on first and second level and ocean/pool views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to second level patio overlooking the pool and beach area, king bed, sitting room area and private bath.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the first level and two (each with king bed and private bath) have sliding glass doors to the patio/pool area and beach/pool views. Fourth bedroom has two twins (can be made up as king), garden view and semi-private bath.
It has been designed with care and decorated with flair. Handsome adobe brick arches, colorful stained glass, Mexican tile floors, quality crafted cabinetry, vaulted beamed ceiling, interesting artwork including pottery, paintings and furniture.
