Colibri is the best hotel in Playa for the money.

Very nice, clean and friendly place to stay right on the beach. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a small refrigerator in the room. Very good water pressure. Rooms had a pleasant balcony, and the hotel was quiet. I recommend Colibri for that --old Playa-- feel!
