The three story hotel is built around a cool, tropical-plant filled courtyard. 5 hotel rooms have a marvelous ocean view and 7 look out on the flowering, lush courtyard. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen's action, your rest will not be disturbed. All the hotel rooms are set back of the property, away from the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen's lively Quinta Avenida.

It opened its doors in October 1999, so all the fixtures in the hotel are modern. All hotel rooms are air conditioned, with televisions, in-room safety deposit boxes, daily maid service and 24 hour security. Every hotel room has a large, beautifully tiled private bathroom. The tap water in all the rooms is purified and safe to drink, and bottled water is also available.
