My girlfriend and I returned from Dreams on May 18th 2006. We were only there 4 days and will stay longer next time. The food was fantastic as was the staff. We had a great time with the entertainment guys who somehow remembered our names and most other guests. The hotel is close to the best clubs, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our Family with 2 teenagers just returned from Dreams. We've traveled to Mexico five times, and yes we would return here. The big plus was the swim up bar, many choices of restaurant, clean rooms, top shelf bar choices. Some people will complain of a swampy smell. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the lagoon area, and we had no problems with any smells. We had a great room because it was near everything, didn’t have to wait on an elevator. We ate at all of the restaurants except the Japanese, that menu was very limited. The resort has the most beautiful views and was walking distance to the clubs and a local flea mart that you can get some bargains. Only a few complaints, the mattress wasn’t the most compy, and they had a great 3 piece band playing at night , but they were done by 9 or 9:30, just when people were coming in and sitting. We wish there was a pool table or game room of some kind, maybe next time....

We have been going to Cancun for 15 years and have stayed at many resorts we have 3 favorites, Dreams being #1, especially if you need peace, service and the best views in Cancun. We go to Cancun every 12 weeks and usually pick this resort.

Dreams Cancun was amazing! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were immaculate, the activities never stopped, shopping, club right outside the front door and additional clubs nearby. Spa, jewelry store, souvenir store on site, bar in lobby with nightly entertainment, 4 restaurants on premises, swimup bar, beach bars, restaurant bars. All-inclusive booking is the way to go!

Dreams can come true! The staff were the friendliest we have ever experienced especially the ones in the restaurants and around the complex and the cleaning staff, they always worked with a smile on there faces and couldn’t do enough for you. Some of the barman sometimes were a bit off but overall very good. The hotel setting was amazing and the locations of the restaurants were breathtaking with sea views, the facilities were good and the entertainment was above average. We will definitely be coming back to Dreams Cancun.

Very beautiful setting. Rooms were beautiful. Staff was excellent. Everyone take excellent care of you. Can't wait to go again to Dreams Cancun. Already planning our next vacation there. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Four days is not enough in this paradise. The Dreams Cancun location is perfect, close to shopping and night life. Snorkeling off the beach of the hotel we saw stingrays, sea turtles, beautiful colored fish. The hotel staff is wonderful, is the best I've ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the ocean! It is incredibly romantic. We also met a lot of very nice couples from all over the US. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We plan to return next year and hope to get married there.

Absolutely beautiful, romantic place to be. The open and breezy Dreams Cancun hotel, my boyfriend and I stayed in, was something I'll never forget. We had a room with a private balcony and a view that was amazing. The pool and restaurants were great, friendly staff and yummy drinks. Cannot wait until we go back!

Just back from Thanksgiving weekend 2004 at Dreams Cancun. Loved it, despite its ongoing renovations, (should be done in Dec 04). Fabulous location, wonderful service, great food. The rooms were spotless, good sized. Service outstanding. Loved the robes and the daily weather card for the next day. Would highly recommend. Great dive shop, very good diving there as well. Jet ski fun too!

This is the best! How could anyone possibly ask for more than Dreams Cancun hotel has to offer--the best location, beach and view. We feel like royalty when we stay there. We have stayed at the Fiesta American Coral Beach and the Melia Grand Cancun, and while both are very beautiful and we had and excellent time, they can never come close to Dreams. Having just recently returned (August, 2004) from our sixth stay at Dreams (formerly Camino Real), we are counting the days until we can return again. We had a chance to view the completed renovated rooms and they are absolutely beautiful. That should be completed by the time we return next year. The breakfast was out of this world and more than anyone could ask for and the view from where we had breakfast (we stayed in the Club Tower) is breathtaking. Oh, and if you are the type who likes to shop, party, eat and dive, all of these are literally just steps away. For you diving enthusiasts, Solo Buceo, down the beach afer! La Brisa restaurant, are the best. All the guys there are great and you can't go wrong. Now that Dreams is all-inclusive you may not have the opportunity to sample all of the excellent restaurants (El Mortero, Laguna Grill, Lorenzillos, Pericos, La Habichuela, to mention just a few) but La Brisa, Maria Bonita and Seaside Grille (all located on the premises of Dreams) are excellent. If you're a romantic, you would certainly not want to miss dinner at Seaside Grille. You may never leave. Trust me, this place is the best! We love you Cancun.

Rooms need sprucing up, which the Dreams Cancun is in the process of doing. The grounds are the best in the city, the Gulf on one side and the Caribbean on the other. The staff is excellent. Las Brisas and Maria Bonita are outstanding restaurants. Highly recommend.

Dreams Cancun was a dive. By far the hardest bed that I have ever slept on in my life. There was rust all along the bath tub and closet doors. The room had a odd odor (moth balls?). The pool and the free breakfast were nothing special. I paid $650 to leave Cancun three days early I was so disappointed with our vacation. Our backs are sore from just a couple of nights on the bed there.

Dreams Cancun is the best... you can snorkel all the way around the property... beautiful.
