Accommodations: Choose from 29 air-conditioned suites and rooms. Each one individually designed, with options of sea views, garden views, private pools, in-room bathtubs, his and hers sinks and luscious gardens, terraces and hammocks. The resort’s centerpiece is its spectacular three-story, nine-room Main House, with its unusual Catalan dome roof, perfect beachfront location, and Chef’s Table.

Each individual room is unique framing mesmerizing sea views and featuring details such as his and hers separate full bathrooms, large terraces, adjoining suites, oversized showers, plunge pools and large closets with dressing room. Within the nine rooms of the main house is Rosa’s Suite, which is the favorite suite. Spa treatments are a delight on the oversized terrace with an imposing view to the Sea. Master bathroom has a garden view and walk in closets. There is a large living area and a private solarium.

Restaurant: Sal y Fuego specializes in international modern sophisticated cuisine with Mexican flare and rustic adventures. Fresh seafood and naturally grown products from the area create a light bliss for the palate. Menu features a variety of dishes and daily chef’s specials. Our chef love’s to teach his creative cuisine and lessons are available in the main house kitchen. Esencia will host gatherings by the beach, pool or garden with full service and entertainment. Special menus can be tailored to please each event. One of the house specialties is an outside Meso American ethnic cooking method done with seafood or meats simmered in banana leaves deep below the earth. The bar at Sal y Fuego offers a wide variety of world-renowned wines, liquors and special cocktails. Wines from Spain, France, Chile, South Africa and Australia bring the essence of their origin with the flavors of their environment.

Spa: Aroma- Guest will be able to enjoy the first pampering Organic SPA specialized in Fito-therapy. Fito meaning plant in Greek is the natural remedy with plant extracts that heals with botanical essence creating harmony that was discovered in ancient medicine. Inviting peace and well being, Aroma is set in a tranquil area allowing the outside views to come inside and act as a catalyst to the organic.
