Nicely decorated hotel and very friendly staff. Close to Aqua world (center for water activities) and shopping. Parasailing available right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended…

We had a great time. Loved the white sandy beaches. The service was great, food was terrific, and the Suite we stayed in had a spectacular view and was gigantic. Would highly recommend the hotel Fiesta Americana Condesa.

Had a Great time at the Fiesta Americana Condesa. The hotel was very nice & the food was great I will stay there again anytime. The pool and beach were right out back great location. Loved IT!

The Fiesta Americana Condesa was awesome. The food was very good and the staff was great. It is a great place for a family vacation. Our kids loved the pool, and beach was beautiful. We recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cancun

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was fantastic, food was great in the restaurant and pool bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were great and cleaned everyday. The staff at the hotel made it one of the most relaxed holidays we have been on. Thanks.
