My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to Cancun April 2009. What a wonderful hotel, staff was fantastic service was excellent absolutely no problems or complaints with any part of our stay. The Only small disappointment was with the vacation club sales pitch, not for us and a small waste of time, but there were many repeat customers in the sales meeting, so the vacation club must work for some. Any way we will definitely be back to this resort, next year with our kids.

I was originally booked at the Royal Solaris, but because they were over booked they sent me down to the GR Solaris, which in my opinion, is the better of the two hotels. For just a few dollars more..... it’s worth it. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Food was great, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was there 03-16-06 thru 03-20-06.
