Would recommend for everyone. Food was nothing spectacular but a huge choice, staff could not have helped enough. Fantastic view over the sugar white sands, and cleanliness was 100%. Room service every day. Could not have asked for more except nothing special at night, that is our only complaint. Thanks for a lovely two weeks. Keep up the good work. Oh (nice shoes) you will know what I mean when you arrive.

We were at Hotetur Beach Paradise in October 8th week just before the wilma visited, we had a great time though the place was chincy and dirty, food was so-so. But the gang at the pool was cool and fun, we were a group of 12 and would go back again, to Fransisco, Humberto, Moise and Pocco the pool dude, hope you all are well, Daniel was a pushy guy so watch out for his offer, we also loved the bus rides to the village and plazas, its worth the bucks to stay here. Ask them all if they know Big Dog from Ohio, they`ll treat you good then.

This was by far the best holiday I’ve ever had it was fantastic!! The hotel Hotetur Beach Paradise was great, the staff pretty much waited on you hand and foot and once you got to know the bar staff they would just give you your drink as soon as you got to the bar!!! The pool was gorgeous the weather was fantastic the pool bar was great! The food was ok but obviously it got boring towards the end of the holiday. The excursions were great. The entertainment staff were really fun and always up or a laugh. The rooms were very big good TV, good air con and fantastic cleaning every day. Overall it was brilliant and worth every penny would definitely go back!!!

This was our Honeymoon and our worst holiday at Hotetur Beach Paradise. Desk staff didn't know it was our Honeymoon even though we told the Travel Agency. Concierge took bags to our room, demanded a tip, and then we got dragged to a hotel worker selling excursions and were trapped there for an hour. The room was nothing special and we had separate beds (bearing in mind this was our Honeymoon). The food was the same most days and was bland. Pool area, corridors and lifts were dirty and there was a lot of work getting done to the hotel which was not mentioned before we arrived. Builders working in the corridor outside our room most days pulling the ceiling down (well you can imagine the mess!) The entertainment staff was very annoying and rude and only interested in you if you were buying passes into the nightclub. White wine was warm and the red wine was chilled. The bar staff even complained that we weren't ordering cocktails, well if they had cocktail menu's then maybe we would have ordered them!

We had a wonderful time at Hotetur Cancun! The staff was wonderful. Do not miss out on the "Party Bus" to downtown and the different clubs every night. VIP is a fun way to go. Days were very relaxing- loved the beach- it was a beautiful view. For the price we paid it was definitely worth every penny.

We got back two days ago from Hotetur Cancun and I would return tomorrow. The hotel was great, everyone there gave us fantastic service. If you want to change your mind about going, let me know and I will go instead! I will go back as soon as I can and stay in the same hotel.

Before going to Hotetur we read so many bad reviews and wanted to change our hotel but we were unable to. We were really surprised and I’m glad I couldn't change hotel, it was fantastic - it has the best staff, they are so friendly...especially Nemo! The entertainment was great and the beach was just amazing. Unfortunately we were there during Hurricane Emily but that didn't spoil our holiday. The staff continued to make the effort and did a great job looking after us during the hurricane - they worked so hard to get everything back to normal. The hotel is extremely clean, I couldn't find a fault with it, maids cleaned everyday and even made our towels into the shape of swans, which is something we didn't expect at a 3-star hotel. DO NOT MISS COCO BONGO - the best club. Book with the hotel's entertainment staff – 40 dollars gets you the bus, skip the queue, entry, vip and all you can drink, a bargain!

This hotel was good. The food got boring after a while. The a la carte wasn’t good. The rooms were o.k. We had to switch rooms twice, there were lots of bugs, and the a/c was very loud. The service was great except for the front desk who gave us attitude. Don’t make long distance calls, we made a call to Vancouver for 2 minutes and it cost $12.00. The beach was wonderful it was awesome!! The pool was ok. Hotetur hotel is good if your on a budget!

The Hotetur Beach Paradise hotel is fabulous and everything you need it to be. The staff absolutely run around for you opening doors and refilling your drink. Before we even checked-in I had a drink in my hand. Its a little far from downtown with a 20 minute bus ride and not the most party hotel with many families that stay there, but for 4 guys on a graduation trip it was all we expected it to be and more! Coco Bongo best club in Cancun by far!

The hotel Hotetur wasn't that great. The air conditioner you needed to have on full blast at all times and it ruined the pictures that we had bough. The best part was the activities; there was so much to do. Every night they take you out to a different hot spot for only 35 us dollars and it's open bar and no waiting and also vip. The food wasn't that great there basically I lived on fruit and bread for a week.

Spent one week at Hotetur Beach Paradise. Food was average, accommodation was average, staff average, the beer was watered down and the pool snack bar often opened late. I also picked up a skin infection from the dirty swimming pool / hot tub! All in all you get what you pay for! I wouldn't return to this hotel.

I will never in my life stay at this hotel again! I was at the Hotetur Beach Cancun with my sister for spring break. First off, its takes about 15 minutes to get to down town since it's the second to last hotel. Secondly, the food was terrible! It was cold and had flies dead in them. You were able to reserve a spot a the "nice" restaurant in the hotel but you must reserve 48 hours in advance and it was all booked for my week vacation when I arrived. How nice. The front desk people were extremely rude and refused to give us our room unless we paid 35 US dollars to get an insurance band for our wrist. Apparently they told me all spring breakers are just drunk idiots who like to break things, so people who aren't like that get to suffer. When I got to our room a table was broken and still tried to charge me 50 US dollars to fix it. I had purchased the all inclusive package. That was a joke. I was expecting pina colada's and yummy margaritas. All they had was really bad beer (and I luv beer). Please do not waste your time and most importantly, money, staying at the awful place!

I have traveled all over Mexico and have stayed in 5 star hotels all they way down to 0 star hotels. I have never stayed at such an awful hotel as the Hotetur Cancun. If you want to get ripped off, then this is the place to stay. Want to gain 20 lbs off the carb loaded buffet, GREAT, stay. The food was terrible. Always cold, and the buffet was loaded with potatoes, pasta, and bread. Tons of carbs. Never any fresh chicken, fish, or fajitas. The meat they did serve was always over cooked and tough. You have to leave a $15 deposit per beach towel you get, then when you return the towel, they give you deposit back in Pesos, ripping you off with their exchange rate of 9 to the dollar, instead of the current rate of 11.8. Need a safe in the room? Same ordeal, you have to leave a $25 deposit plus $2.50 a day rate. You get the $25 back at the end of your trip, but again at their exchange rate. Then you are left with $20 in pesos you have to spend, hopefully in their gift shop. Okay, now our room. Our room was very lovely, but our air conditioner NEVER worked. We complained, so they moved us. That air conditioner did not work either. When we would politely go down stairs to complain, the hotel staff was very rude to us, and the acted as if they could understand ENGLISH. So we finally packed our bags and took a Taxi to Playa where we had and excellent time at the Tree Top hotel.

This hotel is wicked! I loved it! I’ve been to several hotels in Cancun before but the Hotetur Beach Paradise definitely comes out top! The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is unbelievable. I'd recommend this place to anyone young and up for an unforgettable holiday! Ten out of ten!

Just got back from Hotetur Cancun after 2 weeks from feb 22. Before going we were worried about the hotel because of the bad reviews we'd read, but to be honest I have NO idea where they are coming from? The layout of the hotel is good, and makes it very easy to meet other people. We did go during Spring Break so generally the guests were young couples like us or small groups of friends. The hotel in general and especially the rooms were always clean and the maids were awesome! The food was lovely but I would recommend eating out occasionally as it can get samey after 2 weeks from the buffet. The entertainment staff is great and get you into all the best clubs at good prices with V.I.P access. The beach is fantastic and the snorkeling is very good, ten min walk away opposite Club Med hotel. Best holiday ever, returning next year, hopefully with people we met during our stay here.

Just got back from a 2-week stay at this hotel. Best holiday ever! The Hotel Hotetur was lovely, very clean, all the staff friendly and helpful, the beach is fantastic and the food was good! The entertainment staff is excellent and gets you V.I.P access to all best clubs, so go out with them. The hotel layout makes it very easy to meet other people and we'll definitely be going back next year. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

This was the best holiday we have ever had. The beach was lush, the sea was warm, the hotel Hotetur Beach Paradise was lovely, the food was delicious and the staff was great, so friendly! We can not speak highly enough about this hotel. We are intending to return next year, hopefully with the friends we made on our February 2005 trip.

We have just returned from a two-week stay at Hotetur, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We met people from all over the world, the hotel was clean and all staff especially Marco the barman was great. But for couples with children, remember this. Cancun is not for kids; it's for couples in love. Go out there and party.

Good value for what you pay . The food average, drinks great and entertainment staff extraordinary. Who cares about the rooms clean and adequate, you are never there anyway. Hotetur Beach Paradise is a freat place to meet people from all over. The smaller size is amenable to quick friendships. Beach terrific, what wonderful sand. Surf will pound you though. 7 days not enough. Would go again.

We stayed at the Hotetur in March 2004 and absolutely loved it there. The food was great, the service was wonderful, and overall, I found it very clean. We didn't see much of the nightly shows, but why would we, when Cancun has the hottest nightlife of anywhere in the world? Downtown Cancun is a clubbers dream! Definitely for the young (and young at heart!) I would go back there in a heartbeat!

We just spent two weeks at Hotetur Beach resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun by the pool. The food is good but be careful not to eat everything on the buffet every night or you will get bored. We enjoyed the Italian Restaurant for pizza (it was never busy). The Mediterranean Restaurant was great. The hotel was very clean. The only downfall was that the hurricane in November took away a lot of the beach which we didn't realize until we got there. Overall we had a great holiday and we enjoyed our stay.

Just got back from Cancun. Hotetur Beach Paradise was a good value hotel, there were minor problems, food was ok but not great, there was some theft from a safety deposit box on the ground floor and it is quite a way from any of the action (nightclubs etc. Luckily 6 pesos gets you anywhere you want on a bus (31pence or 58cents). Entertainment staff were great they would get you VIP entrance into the top night spots and make sure you get settled in, the real star of the hotel is Moises the barman singing "Oops I did it again"! There is good snorkeling within walking distance (20 minutes down the beach just past the light house) I swam with a massive stingray (well as close as I dare).

Hotetur Beach Paradise was absolutely awful...food was real bad. I was ill for 10 days till I came back to England. Rooms were dirty with mold growing all over the ceiling...whatever was for evening meal one day would be breakfast the next with spices thrown over it...bloody workers building wooden floor round pool filled pool with sawdust...entertainment was for 1 hour per night and was rubbish at that...pay the extra and go elsewhere....

Hotetur Beach Paradise hotel its nice, people are friendly, the rooms are good (well I only slept 2-3 hrs. every night ) but they were still ok. Waiters are good to people and good and not bad also, its nice if you go with family, girl friend but the best is if you go with friends, but who ever you go with, I promise you will still have a lot of fun because there is a lot I mean a lot to do for everyone....so I do recommend people ( by their choice) to go to this one...you will for sure have fun and more fun ,,,but remember please no sleep no sleep its now worth it...Cancun fun and more fun

Hotetur Beach Paradise: TV didn't work, asked for a remote took 2 days to get, then it didn't work. Ants in room. Waiters and bellman very nice and friendly. Front desk people had a very bad attitude. My transportation back to airport was messed up and no one would help me without charging me to use the phone for a local call to the transport company; very rude after I had stayed there for 5 days. Please try another hotel.

Hotetur Beach Paradise is very good value for your money. Its not the Ritz, but neither is the cost. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, well air-conditioned, food was decent and varied. Drinks were weak, but that's not always a bad thing on a hot day. Beach was fantastic- clean sand, lots of room. Two minor complaints- only 2 small pools, one just for volleyball, meaning everyone else in the other. Also, not much nightlife available.

Hotetur Beach Paradise was OK for the money, but no one told us about the huge rocks, that really prevented us from enjoying the beach. Once we got our room switched, it was much better, but water pressure was very poor.

Hotetur Beach Paradise has a great beach location. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. Not a bad bargain for your money, but make sure you secure your belongings because we experienced theft in our hotel rooms.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at the Hotetur Beach Paradise 2 years ago. It was very inexpensive and we had a great time. We have stayed at other resports in Cancun that cost a lot more, but this was very good for the money. The food was good and also the entertainment.We are going back in Sept. 2002.
