I would never stay at the Iberostar Cozumel again. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ended spending $40.00 a day on cab rides so we could go to town and eat. Definitely no 5 stars. The water was shut off for an afternoon so you couldn't use the bathrooms by the pool and the men’s bathroom had 2 inches of water on the floor. They let all the water out of the dive shop and flooded the beach so all of our stuff was ruined including our digital camera, plus someone stole our water shoes. And they didn't seem to care that we were unhappy. There is an awful smell, everywhere you turn especially by the tennis courts. Once the sun goes down the resort is dead, not much to do if there is only a couple of you. Bring cards! The 24 hrs snacks is like a tomato and some cheese that was sitting out all day. You can't even get a bun or a piece of bread in the evening. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Iberostar Cozumel is a wonderful resort. It is one of the best ones I have seen for Cozumel Resorts!
