Family of six spent the week pre-Christmas at Iberostar Paraiso del Mar. Our best vacation ever. Staff, pool, beach, food were all wonderful. Don't get hung up on everyone's --specialty-- restaurants....they're just a change of pace from the wonderful regular service...not necessarily a higher class. Easy transit by complimentary shuttle to Playa. Scuba experience was marginal...short jaunt from the beach, but sites were unspectacular. Probably should take the ferry to Cozumel and dive all day over there. Just do it!
