Iberostar Paraiso Beach was a really nice resort, except the part where one of the workers stole money from our room. If you have money, carry it with you at all times or else put it in the safe. Other than that it was pretty good.

What an amazing trip. Each night provided me with new experience that I will never forget. The food, the beach, and the people made the Iberostar Paraiso Beach the best hotel I’ve ever been to. And maybe hotel isn’t the right word, nor is resort, this place was so comfortable that it felt like home. I recommend it to anyone with kids or without.

I visited several hotels on my recent visit to the area to compare for a future visit. Iberostar Paraiso Beach had the friendliest staff and provided a great property tour. The resort is an ecoresort with an intimate feel. The food and pool look great and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was advised by the staff to call 3 days before arrival to insure special requests were honored - forget what is written on the reservation at any Cancun area hotels. I've also stayed at the Kantenna Palladium resort farther to the south and this resort has an amazing similarity in the design just a bit smaller in size. I would book this resort.

Iberostar Paraiso Beach is the best place I have ever been to in my life. We have been there two years in a row and will be going back this April. The resort is so big that each year I see something new. Food was great, shows were excellent and staff was wonderful, very friendly. I have a 15-year-old daughter who refuses to go anywhere else except this resort. Thank you to all for giving me something to look forward to each year.

My family and I (2 parents and two 16year old daughters) have been going to the Iberostar Paraiso beach for 2 years (both times in December for a week; the 27th – the 4th). It is outstanding; words can not describe this paradise. It is great for all ages. The staff are very friendly. There was so much to do. The beach is magnificent and the pools are unbelievable. The rooms are nice. It is great for families because there is a kids clubs (for young children) as well as a disco open for all ages at night time so the girls had lots to do and we didnt worry because it is safe. Our oldest daughter, in her thirties came with her husband, and they had a blast too. This place is huge with three lobbies (Iberostar Paraiso beach, Iberostar Lindo, Iberostar del Mar) they are all one resort but three different lobbies, but dont worry a trolley goes around the resort if your feet get tired! There is a health club too. Absolutely fantastic, this resort has become a part of our family and we never want to leave, (the girls were brought to tears -but dont tell them I said that!) Enjoy!

My husband and I LOVED the hotel Iberostar Paraiso Beach and look forward to going back again and again. The staff are all wonderful! We were there for ten days and left feeling very pampered and relaxed. I only wish that the jacuzzis were heated at night for a midnight dip!!!

I was at Iberostar Paraiso Beach last year and it was great. The food was perfect, the Brazilian and Japanese restaurants are great. The staff was great, the theatre was fun and there was a band by the swim up bar in the afternoon that was really great. Only flaw I found was the restaurants are not on the beach but the pool with monster falls and 3 bars made up for it. Go and have a ball.

We had a very good time at Iberostar Paraiso Beach. The rooms were very clean and so was everything else. It was huge, but never seemed crowded. Service was excellent also. Beach was very nice. Would highly recommend it.

The pool and grounds of Iberostar Paraiso Beach are beautiful. Food is typical of an AI--good but bland. Good place for families--it is a large resort however you never feel like it is crowded--plenty of chairs at beach and pool. Service is good. With the exception of the surroundings (lavish gardens with flamingoes, swans, peacocks, and huge pool) it is an AI. Will also add that there was no sign of any type of timeshare offerings/pressure here at all--Big Plus.
