Iberostar Paraiso Beach is located directly on the wonderful Paradise Beach, between Puerto Morelos and Playa Del Carmen. Just 25 kilometer from Cancun International Airport. The beach, with more than a kilometer long, with fine white sand and turquoise water, is one of the best in the zone.

The hotel has lush gardens surrounding the super-pool and all its installations. There is so much to enjoy: shops, logo shop, travel agency, Star Rock Cafe, discotheque, cigar bar, Internet, cards room, library and 24 hours Medical Service. The hotel has a SPA with sauna, fitness-room, beauty salon and Jacuzzi.

The swimming pool is enormous It starts off as a waterfall, turns into a river further down, and there is plenty of room in it for everybody and everything: sporting activities, Jacuzzi, several Aqua Bars,... From the pool direct access to the 1-kilometer-long beach of fine, white sand. Of course the hotel provides sun loungers, parasols and towels, for your maximum enjoyment of the Caribbean.

The Star Friends offer all kind of fun: tennis, table tennis, bicycle tours, water polo, archery, olympic games, billiards, dance classes,... Iberostar Paraiso Beach was a really nice resort, except the part where one of the workers stole money from our room. If you have money, carry it with you at all times or else put it in the safe. Other than that it was pretty good.

What an amazing trip. Each night provided me with new experience that I will never forget. The food, the beach, and the people made the Iberostar Paraiso Beach the best hotel I’ve ever been to. And maybe hotel isn’t the right word, nor is resort, this place was so comfortable that it felt like home. I recommend it to anyone with kids or without.

I visited several hotels on my recent visit to the area to compare for a future visit. Iberostar Paraiso Beach had the friendliest staff and provided a great property tour. The resort is an ecoresort with an intimate feel. The food and pool look great and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was advised by the staff to call 3 days before arrival to insure special requests were honored - forget what is written on the reservation at any Cancun area hotels. I've also stayed at the Kantenna Palladium resort farther to the south and this resort has an amazing similarity in the design just a bit smaller in size. I would book this resort.
