We just got back from Playa and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel Illusions Boutique was wonderful and professional. We will rebook again next year. The rooms were very nice as well.

I'm afraid we had a terrible time at the Illusion Boutique. A good location, but amateurish staff, a dark, almost windlowless room, and a kind of chaotic atmosphere which made getting the simplest service a joke. We were laughing about it at the end, it was so bad. Kind of like Fawlty Towers.
