The imperial Laguna Cancun is located on a quiet residential street off Kukulcan Boulevard, near the Hotel Presidente Inter-Continental at Km. 7, in Cancun's Hotel Zone. It is a 5 minutes walk to Plaza Caracol and the Cancun Convention Center, 25 minutes by taxi to Cancun International Airport and 15 minutes by taxi to the City of Cancun.

The street in front of the hotel is a quiet one and provides for easy exit and entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcan Boulevard. There is parking in front of the hotel. Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant and the dock, border the tranquil Nichupte Lagoon.

An intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 4 floors, that surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. There are 61 rooms broken down as follows: 36 studios, 14 bedroom suites, 4 three bedroom suite and 7 standard rooms.

All studios and suites have two double beds, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, sink and two burner stove, individual air-conditioning, shower, telephone, color satellite TV., marble floors and balcony.

I stayed at Imperial Laguna and came back with a nice gift! Scabies! I kid you not! I’m a nurse! I was sick two 1/2 weeks with this. Please consider staying elsewhere!

I liked the hotel Imperial Laguna, basic but good value for money. Onsite facilties good. The first room they gave us was dirty, but they changed it. Staff were realy helpfull.

I read someone’s comments on here, and feel sorry for them. They must have maid service at home or have never traveled. When you are in another country, you look at the surroundings, and adjust. I have enjoyed the Imperial Laguna every time I have been to Cancun. It isn’t the prettiest or maybe the cleanest, but it is like a home. If you want to stay in a place like your home, stay there then, don't travel.
