I thought the Sierra Cancun was great! The staff was so helpful and nice! The food is okay...but I mean its all inclusive what do you expect? The hotel was at a great location if you wanted to go on the beach you totally could and they have white lounge chairs for you. If you do want to stay at the pool you have to play tequila volleyball. Also very close to the clubs about a 5-10mins walk. It was pretty nice for a 4star hotel. I would definitely go back again.

Sierra Cancun was OK. Food could have been better and warmer. Beach was nice. Overall I give it a 7 1/2....cool place to go if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Still a little upset about the food that wasn't that good....but oh well you get what you pay for.

Have been to Sierra Cancun twice, the 2nd time was our honeymoon. Cannot fault service, staff, hospitality, etc. We had the best time both times but were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite for our honeymoon. Thanks to everyone at sierra.

We stayed in the Sierra Cancun in Oct 2003. My girlfriend and I thought that it was the best hotel that we had ever stayed in with its great staff, entertainment, pools, food and so much more there is too much to say. The location was absolutely ideal and within walking distance to the pumping night life. Would recommend this hotel to everyone of all ages

I was a little iffy about the Sierra Cancun at first But I had the best time of my life. The setting was relaxing and great and the staff was very entertaining and excellent. Thanks for making my vacation awesome. I hope to come back next year with a few friends from college. Hope to see you all soon! thanks again!
