This holiday was our honeymoon. This was the worst holiday of my life. The food was bad and was repeated most days, the only food that was nice was the pancakes in the morning. There was no spa, no 5 restaurants at Nichupte Destination Cancun. There were tennis courts but no bats and balls. Most of the room cleaners were thieves. Most people had stuff stolen. Me and my husband had such a horrible time we paid £200 to come home early. We are now trying to get our money back so we can have a proper honeymoon.

This place is nothing like the advertisements. There is no spa, no activities, and no a la carte dinners. The food is terrible, the rooms are filthy, and the service is non-existent. This place is beyond terrible! And forget the adults only part of the resort, there were 3 and 4 year old children running around every day. NEVER stay at Nichupte Resort Cancun!

This is a 2 star rating if that! Despite all the fancy adverts on websites for the Nichupte Spa it is not quite what it seems! For Lagoon read hundreds of mosquitoes! Only ONE restaurant and bar open at any one time. Food was such dinners standard; unidentifiable stewed 'stuff' every night, about 75% people ate out despite being All Inc. Constantly ran out of orange, water, vodka, beer, no milk at one breakfast, no buns for burgers, actually got pizzas one night but no cheese seen for two days afterwards. No entertainment, small bar in lobby only for evenings. Place only a quarter full and over 50% new arrivals left the following morning! Actual surroundings beautiful and our room small but OK but many NOT! Rooms had no fridges, dvd, slippers or robes and various other things depending on which website you look at!
