When we arrived at this place, we were told because we didn't arrive on time our rooms were given away. So this is how you treat your tourists. I spoke up when my sister told me to shut up, I said NO, I didn't fly some 14000 miles to come here and be treated like this. And further more when you've got 3 other planes unloading you think you're going to be the FIRST inline to get through. I too fell on the marble steps this was brought to their attention. How can you sue them when they are a third world country? Our air conditioner worked fine, so did the bathroom, the pool was immaculate and the food was YUMMY. Other than that, Yeah I'd return but to another hotel.

This resort is terrible. Service is questionable, advertised restaurants either were closed totally or posted hours were reduced and advertised pool activities didn't exist. Worse was the fact that they "falsified" alcohol. Jim Beam bottles did not contain Beam, Bacardi was not Bacardi and even draft Corona was not Corona. When questioned, management lied and disputed facts - even when shown straight drinks from Beam bottles from 3 different locations in the resort were different color and different tastes - and none were Beam. The management seems corrupt, non-caring and obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. Definitely do not stay here. I travel over 50+ days per year and this is the worst place I have stayed in years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

It's obvious by the complaints listed here...this is NOT the hotel to stay! I've stayed here twice. Once in 2000 which was great! Took the --entire-- family back in 2002 and I couldn't be more disappointed. Porn left in my children's room (on the night stand) porn channels coming in on CNN by 9pm, money and belongings stolen from the --safe-- and spoke to many others who this happen to. Not a good place - don't stay here. Too many hotels to choose from!!
