Oasis Viva is a very nice hotel. The service was great and I really enjoyed the food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who may consider it.

It was the best hotel ever! Staff was amazing; rooms were big with a great view! Could not have asked for a better place. Would go back for sure!!!

The staff was simply wonderful at the Oasis Viva. They went out of their way to help and were so friendly. The bartenders were fabulous. All of the staff was such hard workers. They were amazing. All of the restaurants were very good. The room was fine. We would have liked to have had a balcony though. Our window did slide open and we had a great view. The beach itself was perfect.

Oasis Viva was the worst hotel ever for the money you pay, you might as well sleep on the beach. I got bit by bed bugs and had no running water in my room for 3 days.

We just got back fro our 2 week stay at the Oasis Viva (Feb.4-18/06). Great beach, always cleaning, pool nice but never used it (too cold). The rooms are nice but sure could use new beds, safe did not work, only one elevator, but the people are very very friendly. Our TV only had couple of channels, and right away we received a different TV even bigger one... Only one problem I had with the resort is that it's more Italians than English and all the activities were in Italian... did water aerobics one day and she only did it in Italian, so I left... they should have one in English at different times....so I did not join any activities.... Overall all it was nice place to stay.

I just returned home yesterday from a week long stay at the Oasis Viva. I was a little hesitant on staying there after some of the reviews that I had read on here, but was quite pleased when I got there. The rooms were always cleaned, staff was very friendly and the food at all restaurants was great! I have been on a few vacations...and this was definitely the best...not only because of the hotel...but all of the friendly people I met there and the friends that I went there with, made this the best vacation ever and definitely a week that I will NEVER FORGET.

Oasis Viva is one top notch hotel. We have stayed at 10 other properties in Cancun and most of them were a lot more expensive and not as good as this hotel. First of all, the staff goes out of their way to grant whatever you want. The food is excellent and the brands offered at the bars far exceed what most hotels offer to all-inclusive guests. As far as amenities, anything we asked for, we received. Most of all, the view from all the rooms is of the ocean. We asked for a balcony and although they didn't have one available at check-in, we were able to move into a balcony room the very next morning. The restaurant, bars and rooms were immaculate! After reading a bad review before we left for Cancun, I was very apprehensive, but we were pleasantly surprised! Great room, great view, great food, great staff, great beach, great pool, great service, excellent hotel! We were there from January 22, 2006 to January 29, 2006. Go there if you can.

We just got back from a four day stay at the Oasis Viva. First, here are the positives: Great Beach, great location (once Cancun has recovered from the hurricane - very little open right now) friendly wait staff, AWESOME massage. Ok, now for the negatives: Safe didn’t work, no coffee maker, no iron, food was awful (Mexican Restaurant is closed down) Front desk staff rude, no water for 3 hours, no hot water, no water pressure, no balcony, elevators - only one partially working. The air conditioning worked well, but could not adjust the temperature and actually got cold. Overall, if you are looking for a great beach, great drinks, don’t want to eat or bathe, for a cheap price - this is the place for you!

We had a great time at the Oasis Viva. My husband and I spent 7 days there. The staff is wonderful. My only complaint was that our clothes never dried because of the humidity. But, that was minor. We are planning on going back this year to the Viva again. I have never met such nice people and the place is always hopping with something to do. The food was great. The buffet offered different things every day and the breakfasts were fabulous. It was such a calming week. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Oasis Viva has reopened very soon, after Wilma has visited the Cancun beaches (our visit was dec 2005/jan 2006). It’s a very good 4-star All-In Hotel. Good and hardworking employees. The hotel and restaurants are very clean. Good food. A shame that de Mexican restaurant wasn't reopened yet. Oasis Viva has a big piece private-beach. I think it's the best beach, and the most 'crystal' place of the Cancun Hotel area, because of its position on the hotel-isle. Have a nice holiday!

I stayed at the Oasis Viva for one week (unfortunately only one week) and I just felt like staying in paradise. Wonderful beach, wonderful oceanside, nice room, perfect servicing, good meals and nice drinks. It is a medium sized hotel located on the best part of the beach in the Cancun area.

It is a great pleasure for me to tell you about my vacation down there in the lovely Cancun region. The hotel Oasis Viva was just spot on for my needs. I was looking to escape a little bit from my everyday scheme and stress, though it shouldn't be located out there somewhere in the pampas, not too small, but not too big, fine distinctive service, but not too obvious. Well, I was looking for my "castle" offering all what I do not have at home. Well, I found it. This nice and lovely hotel was giving exactly what my soul was looking for. Superb beach, nice building, excellent food and lots of nice drinks, immaculate service (indeed very nice and friendly staff!). So, if you're really looking for your "island" you might have a closer look to this hotel - I hardly recommend it!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This includes a motel in Nicaragua I had to stay in that was only $7 a night. At least they charged a fair fee. The Oasis Viva had no air conditioning. Yes, the air was running, but it was warm air. There was mildew in all the rooms we saw. The sheets were constantly damp and everything we brought in our suitcases got very damp. The amenities they advertise are non-existent, including coffee makers and irons. By the way, don't bother bringing your own because they have no plugs. The elevators were dangerous and lacked the necessary sensors to avoid trapping people as they get in. It took to two men to open the doors to help my sister get un-stuck. The drinks were awful. After trying a margarita, a piña colada and a daiquiri, my husband asked for tequila on the rocks. They first refused to give it to him. When they finally did, it was a cloudy syrupy liquid that tasted awful. We don't know what it was, but it was NOT tequila. Also, they advertise "national drinks", which was O.K. by us since we like Mexican beer. Unfortunately, they only have Corona on tap, which tasted watered down. The food was adequate at best, although 4 of our kids got sick on the pasta. The staff was not rude, but not friendly either. I think they are sick of the tourist's complaints because of the inadequacy of the hotel. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY from the concierge offering you free car rentals and discount coupons to go see the Hyatt. It is a time-share type presentation lasting about 3 hours for a vacation club and they want $30,000. $11,000 down payment on your visa and financing the rest. If after this warning you still go, just tell them you don't have a credit card or just plain refuse it. My husband got severe allergic reaction to the mildew in the room. I could go on, but hopefully you have read enough and will choose another hotel. Oh, and during the summer, they have a swarm of mosquitoes to add to the charm and to the vampire-like ambiance.

My 18-year old daughter and I went to the Oasis Viva for a mother-daughter getaway in mid June, and stayed 7 days. If I had it to do over again, I would spend more $$ and stay at a nicer hotel. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The elevator is not a/c and did stop working once (we were on the 6th floor). Our key cards kept not working & we had to continually go down to the front desk to get them re-keyed. 2 days of the 7 our room was not cleaned at all. The main restaurant was not a/c and it was nearly too hot to eat. Breakfast was good; other meals just okay. Some of the food at lunch was recycled for dinner. One time during dinner we sat by a shelf in the dining room that had ants crawling all over it. If you left a drink setting in our room there would soon be fleas all over the condensation from the glass. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee to use. So, no coffee until the restaurant opened at 7. The balcony was nice although our balcony door kept falling apart more and more so that by the time we left we were tying it shut with a towel. The beach is very nice if you don't like big waves -- would be especially nice for young children. We bought floats at the gift shop & just floated around. We didn't spend any time at the pool so I can't comment on that. There is a building going up next door, so the entire time we were on the beach we heard the jack hammering, etc. Also they offer domestic drinks only -- and they didn't know how to make very many kinds of drinks. The burgers at the snack area were good for lunch. We ate in the Mexican restaurant only once. We went there for dessert only & the waiter seemed to get a little upset that we only wanted dessert -- not a whole meal. If you are used to a 4-star hotel then this one is obviously not for you. We had a good time, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Although the Oasis Viva was clean and amenities were nice, I was not impressed with the food. It was just OK. Nothing to get real excited about. The drinks were good, very strong. Nice clean beach and beautiful water. The staff at the front desk were rude. The in room safe did not work in both ours rooms, after going back and forth several times, they finally sent the security manager up to look at the safes, he told us that they didn't work. After all the hassle, they tell us we could just use the safety deposit box in the lobby. When we asked to exchange dollars for pesos for the bus we were given bills, when I explained that we wanted coins, the man wasn't going to give it to us and said to just wait for the bus driver to give us change. Little tip: the bus doesn't accept large bills and sometimes you don't get your change. We did not find the bartenders friendly, they acted if they were doing you a favor (even when you tipped them!). ----- We would have liked it if they had some music playing around the pool. Their idea of entertainment was a Mariachi band that played in the lobby. None of the other bars stayed open at night except the one in the lobby (again no music). One day the water went out while we were taking showers, was off for only about 20 minutes, but standing around covered in soap was not fun. Also if you are staying here, bring wash clothes, the hotel does not provide them, we finally went to Wal-Mart and bought some. Your suits and towels will not dry in the room, you're better off to set them outside to dry (even though there is a sign saying not too). Everything just kind of stayed damp, I think it was because of the humidity. Overall, this hotel was just OK, I would have rather paid a little extra and stayed at a nicer place.

We (my husband, three daughters 15,20, and 22 and my self) went to Cancun for the first time, stayed at the Oasis Viva the week of 6-15-2005 to 6-20. We had a wonderful time. The drinks were wonderful not watered down and if you tipped the jar at the bar they made them even better. The stay was pleasant, food good, all three restaurants at the Oasis were clean, waiters very prompt and food good. The entertainment was good, aerobics at the pool and the small musical band was also nice. All the workers were always working hard to please everyone and were very nice. The bell hops, security, and bar tenders were all very hard workers. Even the hotel room cleaners seemed to work around the clock, cleaning the floors, mirrors, bathrooms and elevators at night. Our room was very clean, the air worked well, although couldn’t set the temperature in our room to a temperature, and it just ran all the time. The safes didn’t work in all the guest rooms we heard but ours did. The Lobby was air conditioned some of the areas where you eat were air conditioned, not like some of the hotels down there. I don’t know if its Cancun weather or not, this was our only time to Cancun, but in our room, all of our bathing clothes that were wet and towels stayed damp. Beyond this, our stay at this hotel was a good one. I would stay here again. We meet other people with their family's who were very friendly and seemed pleased with their stay as well. The beach was large, and the water very shallow for a ways out, you could walk out knee deep for a ways, water was very clear and warm. The beach was kept clean. The water was very calm on this side of the coast. If you want waves, this isn’t the beach for you. I rate the hotel stay as a 4 star.

Me and my son went to the Oasis Viva for a graduation present the week of 6/13-6/17. I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and the concierge couldn't have been more accommodating to special needs. The food was adequate, the drinks and beer were great. You can have a quiet relaxing time at the resort or just a few blocks away you can have some amazing nightlife. For the price...it is truly amazing.

We have just returned from a two week stay at Oasis Viva and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had originally booked to stay at Carrousel hotel but due to overbooking were moved to Oasis Viva - thank goodness! The beach is stunning with lots of loungers. The rooms are basic and are cleaned daily. The food is varied and of decent quality. Staff helpful. Great location for shops, pubs & clubs etc. All in all much to be enjoyed!

May 23-28th, 2005. Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Oasis Viva with my 18 y.o. son as a graduation present from his grandparents. Overall, we had a terrific time. I will say, that we are both recovering from stomach problems, but from what I hear, many people suffer dysentery after visiting Mexico. Our room view was lovely, on the 6th floor. We did not have problems with water temperatures or pressure in our shower. The staff could NOT HAVE been FRIENDLIER, and the room and hotel overall was always very clean. Main complaint was the poor air conditioning system. Perhaps because the temps were in the 90's everyday, but our room, and the overall hotel, was never cool enough for us. There was one elevator operating, but there was NO air conditioning at all while riding in it, and made the trip up and down rather unpleasant. Beach and pool were terrific, restaurants (3) were adequate, and breakfasts were the best. Considering the price and the fact that this was our first trip to Mexico, I would say this was a fun experience. Great shopping nearby, easy access to a bus (50 cents is all it costs!) and lots of shops, clubs, restaurants close to the hotel. Recommend taking day pass to other Oasis hotels. We had dinner at the Oasis Grand and it was terrific! Lots of young people there (my 18 y.o. loved that!) but a little crowded and noisy for mom!
Amy and Joey, amytttt@aol.com, 2005-05-30

My family and I stayed here at Oasis Viva the last week of Feb, 2005. I was pleased. We had no problem with the water. The elevator did break down once. The staff was excellent, always smiling. Yes, the food did get kind of boring, but we ate it. Beach was very beautiful. I didn't like the fact that they served my 15-year-old alcohol with no questions asked. Make sure you go take the Pirate ship cruise, about half an hour away on the bus. It was about $70, but well, well worth it.

Oasis Viva is one of the best hotels I have ever been to . The staff is very nice and treats you very good. The food is delicious, I never got sick or anything. The rooms get cleaned and you have always hot and cold water. The beach is very nice and there are no rocks; the swimming pool is nice too. I really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cancun, is one of the cheapest but nicest...

I cannot even begin to explain my dissapointment. We were booked into the Oasis Beach and Spa, by accident I might add, and we were bumped to Oasis Viva Cancun. Just to let you know, the lobby is set up with at least 6 table for customer service, however they all have one agenda.... get the people to see the time share at the Hyatt, a Royal Hollidays promotion. All Sharks. We actually booked at Oasis Cancun, a nice spot, but our agent booked it incorrectly. 40+ people were on our bus that had been booked at Oasis Beach and Spa, and like us, had a phone call at the last minute to say that the hotel was changing. I will say that all of these people complained. The Sunquest rep at the hotel was going crazy, he did not know what to do...he even said he wished he could call in sick. The question I have is how do you overbook a hotel by 50 people? This was a deliberate setup by them to sell time-share. Anyone that gets booked on the first two floors above 106-110 and 206-210 will have a nice view of a roof, holes in the walls, busted lampshades, a table with no chairs, no chairs on the balcony... should I go on... make sure that your travel rep. knows that you are firm, maybe buy cancelation insurance. We left December 29/04 and returned January 5/05. For the record, all of the staff was excellent, including the sunquest rep.

I just got back from staying at the Oasis Viva Cancun, and I really enjoyed myself. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The beach was ok, not the best, there were quite a few rocks on the shore. Yes, the elevator did break down a couple times, but I think the staff made up for the lack of other amenities. If you stay here please see the manager David when arriving, he will go out of his way to make your stay very pleasant. Also I advise getting the 1 day pass to visit the sister hotel Oasis Grand Phase 1. The beach is beautiful with huge waves, but the staff is a lot less friendly. This is where MTV sets up in March, a lot of fun in the sun. I would definitely be coming back to stay here. They are going under construction for 2 months soon to make this a 5 star hotel the manager told me. So be on the look out.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I best thing about this hotel was the private balcony and the beautiful ocean view. As far as I could tell, every room had a balcony. The next best thing about this hotel is the location. Oasis Viva Cancun is within walking distance of the major malls, shopping centers, restaurants, and bars. Keep in mind; most other hotels are very far from these locations. You would have to take a taxi or bus every day to get there. Oasis Viva is also one of the cheapest hotels in Cancun. The staff was fair. There IS hot water if you can wait two or three minutes. Other than the occasionally broken elevator, I had no problems at all with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I just got back Monday (July 5, 2004) Before my girlfriend and I left for Cancun we read some of the reviews about Oasis Viva Cancun. Many were bad reviews and we were skeptical about our choice. Once we arrived we were taken away by its beauty. The resort was extremely relaxing, secure and pleasant. What added to its charm was the staff, they were the most helpful and nicest people we encountered on a vacation. The views from the rooms were breath taking. The food and drinks were great. There wasn't one minute that I did not feel welcomed to be there. I am not sure what people encountered when they visited but I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. The location is just a short walk to all of the attractions. This was hands down our most enjoyable vacations thanks to the Oasis Viva Cancun. Thank you so much!
Kristopher Johnson, thaswasup1@yahoo.com, 2004-07-07

I just got back from Cancun two days ago and I can honestly say that Oasis Viva Cancun was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were always moist, the elevator was ultra slow (broke down once or twice), the currency exchange was always out of money and they tried to overcharge us for things that were already broke. Oh, and how can I forget the no hot water.

After booking my vacation to the Oasis Viva Cancun, I came to this site and read some the tutorials. Most of the ones that I read were really bad and I was expecting my first vacation to be a disaster. When we first arrived at the resort we checked our bags in and got our room key. We then proceeded to the bar for a few drinks to take to our room and get settled in. We were approached by this very nice young man who told us he was the entertainment staff. Immediately we were informed where to go for different activities. Every night everyone would meet in the lobby at about 10pm and we would head off to different clubs throughout the resort strip. Transportation was included most of the time. The clubs there are awesome. At night we would usually go to the outdoor restaurant where they had very nice staff who would carry our plates from the salad and soup bar to our table. They have live entertainment that comes to your table and sings for you while you eat over a nice candle lit dinner. The food there tastes pretty good but we couldn't eat too much of it. The staff at the bar, at the restaurant, the information desk, they were always so nice and helpful. Our room was always clean, and the safes there are very safe! Our room didn't have any problems with the water pressure and we were on the sixth floor. I also really liked the Oasis Viva cause it was never too crowded. I ended up having such an amazing time at the Oasis Viva Cancun. I would definitely recommend this resort to any one of my friends. My sister and I are planning on going back there again next summer. And you can't beat their price for the service you get there. I give it two thumbs up!!
Alice E, evansalice@hotmail.com, 2004-06-02

I recently stayed at the Oasis Viva Cancun. Overall I thought it was a good hotel, I had the All-Inclusive package. The food was good, some of the staff were very friendly, there was a few that were not. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant a lot. The beach area and pool were amazing, as well as the room view from the hotel! The showers were horrible though, that was my only complaint. For the price of the Oasis Viva, it was a very good experience.
Clint, e-mail withheld, 2004-04-26

Well my family and me stayed in the Oasis Viva Cancun from 10-04-04 to 15-04-04 just a five days vacation. If you don't wan to go out of the hotel do not go to the oasis viva, but if you want to know all the beautiful things in Cancun and you don’t have much money then the viva its a good option. Yes the water on the showers was awful but after dealing with it a few minutes you can control it. The food was just ok, the bars also were ok, nothing really excellent (besides the beach) but its an ok hotel, I don’t think its a 4 stars hotel but its nice, the people could be much more friendly thought. Overall if you don’t have money and you want to go to Cancun the viva is a good choice. I’m not gigging bad feedback cuz I’m not kinda picky.

I am a travel agent my husband and I stayed at the Oasis Viva Cancun 3/12/04 - 3/16/04 and we had a great time. We were on the 8th floor. Don't let all of the negative feed back scare you Some people are just never satisfied. I am a pretty picky person but, it is Mexico not America. If you are a budgeted family this hotel was great. Everyone seems to be focusing on the negative, yes we had bad water pressure, but I know if asked they would have moved us to a lower floor, those that were located on floor 5 or lower had no water problems I asked other guest to get an idea if it was the hotel in general. Our fridge did not work, and we did not have a coffee maker but we didn’t care, and yes the restaurants were only open at certain times, so what so is everything else and if you booked it threw a travel agent in most cases they would have know that before they left. The rest of the time was awesome the beach was nice and big with lots of shade and sun they had a gazebo set up so you could get a massage by the water yes of course it cost money everything does. There were 3 bars 1 inside and 2 out side, there was scuba diving lessons you got one lesson in the pool which is standard for most resorts. And there were water sports to the right of the bar behind the pool. We did not have and All Inclusive so we ate breakfast in the restaurant the first day and that was it. The food was ok. This hotel is a 3 start hotel. In Mexico a 3 star hotel or lower is not going to be a 4 star hotel it is exactly what it says 3***. Every room had an ocean view and it was a great view with a balcony. Beautiful beach and view. Over booked hotels happen all the time from a 1-6*. Its Mexico they never want to turn anyone away, if it happens they will re-accommodate you and usually it is an upgrade. I think if it is your first time to Mexico you should not get the All inclusive unless you have kids, when you get the all inclusive you tend to stay at the resort and don’t get out and explore.
Kristi, kttravel@hickorytech.net, 2004-03-20

I would recommend you be careful at Oasis Viva Cancun hotel, the safety deposit boxes were not safe. They had no wash cloths. The water was either to hot or to cold. The elevators did not work 2 days I was there. The only nice thing I liked was the beach area.
Pammy, e-mail withheld, 2004-03-17

All you people must not have gone to Oasis Viva Cancun and met the most amazing group of people around...I have no complaints about Viva...yes the showers were a little temperamental but I would take that over snow and -40 degrees anyways...Oh yeah...if you treat the people right...they treat you right!

This hotel is very friendly hotel with an awesome location! I found the food to be good (not great)… but that's what I expected… The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I also felt very safe here. I would go back again to Oasis Viva Cancun!

A lot can be said about people posting about hotels and their experience on the internet, as a Travel agent I have stayed at Oasis Viva Cancun and I would recommend it to anyone on a budget, Yes it is true it gets overrun by spring breakers, yes it is true you do get what you pay for but given it's location, it's awesome beach and the friendliness and cant-do-enough for you staff, it is a great deal. Some people have bad experiences at hotels this does not lock it in at being a bad hotel, I say give it a chance, you will like what you see!

My 18 year old daughter booked a trip with 3 other friends. I didnt actually tell her to call home but half way thru her vacation I thought I might as well try to call her. The Oasis Viva Cancun front desk had none of the four registered, so I specifically asked if there was any way that the Viva was over booked and they were moved to another Oasis? The reply was no they would not have been moved to another hotel. Well 2 nights later my daughter phones home and the first thing I ask her "Is she at the Oasis Viva?" She says "no they were overbooked and they were moved to the Oasis Beach. Why does the hotel desk staff not know this???? Do they not realize the anxiety they had induced?
Jo, e-mail withheld, 2004-02-24

The other guest reviews are accurate. The Oasis Viva Cancun is not a 4 star hotel. Yes, there are coffee pots in the rooms. However, no coffee, or no filters. The hotel does not offer washcloths. The showers were the worst. There is no pressure for much of the time. When you do get pressure, the water, unexpectedly, turns from hot to cold. Fortunately, I had read the other visitors reviews right before we left, so we did not eat the food at the hotel. Thank you for writing about your experiences!!
Jul, e-mail withheld, 2004-02-23

I agree with the other guest reviews and everything they say is true. The Oasis Viva Cancun is "not" a 4 star hotel and is a complete rip off. We were there between Dec.26 and Jan 2/04 and 4 out of 5 of us got sick from the food. There were flies on the tables, the service was awful in the restaurant, no one smiled, the restaurant was only opened at certain times and there was only one operational even though it is advertised as having 2 restaurants. The 2nd one opened briefly New Years eve. When 5 people travel and spend that kind of money during peak season one expects to get some food and good drinks. The drinks were syrupy and you had to sign for everything even though you wore the bracelet and everything had already been paid for. There was no water pressure on the eighth floor so we were moved to the 2nd, had to pay for the safety deposit box $25 US and they wanted to charge us again upon departure. There was no fridge in our room double beds only, locks that did not work on doors etc. New Years Eve consisted of a Karaoke singer from 10:30 on. There was no nightly entertainment ever. Workers were spraying and painting while we were trying to get some sun, working on the so called 2nd restaurant. Yes we could use the 2 other hotels the Oasis Cancun and the Oasis Playa but they were at a 30 to 40 min. bus ride away which you paid for yourself in order to get there. Everyone we met in that hotel had members of their party or all the party sick... This hotel had apparently been closed for two months prior to our arrival and we figured that because it was peak season they opened up again so they could make a major profit over the holidays. Stay away from there if you dont want to get sick. I have since been checked for parasites as I was still not well upon our return.
Simonne, e-mail withheld, 2004-02-09

This is NOT a four star hotel. Many of the facilities that the Oasis Viva Cancun claims to have do not exist (false advertisement). During my two-week stay I was very ill along with 17 other people staying at this hotel. The food was terrible and in many cases it was difficult to determine what the dishes were in the buffet. I have traveled to Mexico several times and I have never been deceived as I have with this hotel. Not a good all inclusive hotel- stay away.

Our family of 5 spent the week of Jan 2-9 at the Oasis Viva Cancun, and all 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. It was the absolute worst vacation we have ever had. We have been back over a week now, and none of us are 100% back to health. We know of at least 20 others who got food poisoning the same week, and no-one at the hotel or at the travel agency seems to want to do anything about it! Also, the ads for this hotel are false. There are only 2 bars, not 3, however there is never more than 1 bar open at a time, there are 2 restaurants, but the one is only open in the evenings - if you sleep in the mornings, you cant get breakfast anymore. There are no water sports available, there is no scuba diving available, there is no marina, no coffee pots in the room, and the mini bar in the room is not part of the all inclusive. I would not recommend staying here!
