Royal Hideaway is simply the best. We had never been to Mexico before and cannot wait to go back. From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was excellent. If you are looking for a resort that you can relax and have a good time this is it. It is not a party hotel. The lounges are small and intimate. The beachfront and pool area are great and service at these areas is excellent. All-inclusive here means all-inclusive. Food at all the dining rooms is the best. You are within walking distance to Playa del Carmen and the shopping is good. No need to go to Cancun. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to relax and still have some fun. You will not be disappointed.
