Managed by owners, The Pension San Juan offers friendly, courteous service as well as one of the best locations in this beautiful Caribbean spot. Located a few steps from the beaches of Playa del Carmen in the middle of the 5th Avenue, the pedestrian walkway.

The hotel has a terrace overlooking the street in where you can enjoy complimentary coffee in the morning; also there is a shared kitchen for the use of all guests.

The charming 16 rooms are artfully decorated in traditional, colorful Mexican style. The trim on the walls was hand painted by a local artist, giving the rooms a nice airy, sunny and cheerful flavor. It is repeated throughout the hotel creating a warm and inviting feeling. All rooms include a private bathroom with hot water. Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, while others are solely equipped with ceiling fans.
