My pregnant wife and I recently visited the Playacar Palace and had an incident where the employee working at the towel desk followed my wife in the bathroom by the pool and she caught him peeking through the cracks in her stall. She had commented several times through the day that she thought someone was following her in, but they were not around after she used the restroom. We immediately alerted the staff when she caught him, and by the time an employee that could speak English was found, he was gone for the day. They seemed very unconcerned about the situation and refused to call the police.
