Posada Dos Ceibas Tulum is located on the beach along the coast of the Riviera Maya in front of the Mexican Caribbean’s great coral reef. Only 75 minutes south of Cancun between the Mayan pyramids of Tulum and the Sian Ka’an biosphere reserve. Consisting of eight circular bungalows fashioned after Mayan tradition and mixing with the colors of the Mexican Caribbean, is a place of tranquility. Here the vegetation is preserved, the ecology protected, the solar energy used and the atmosphere relaxed.

The hotel features an outdoor Mexican/Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many of the foods served in our restaurant are picked fresh from our own gardens and the fish is caught fresh each day. 

It features a salon which is available for group activities such as yoga, meditation, dance therapy, holistic massage, charkas, creativity and self-knowledge.

In addition, private individual therapy sessions such as massage, Bach flowers, Mandala and music therapy, Reiki, tissue massage and Shiatsu are also available on-site. Sorry, but childeren five (5) and younger are not permitted.

This is an absolutely incredible place to stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The location is ideal, idyllic and incredible. The German Shepherd, their official pet, is a great travel companion. This is just a great, natural, beautiful place to stay. The white sand beach and azure blue beaches are like something out of a dream.....or a Corona commercial at the least. I will MOST DEFINITELY return.

We stopped by one day to have lunch and ended up wishing we had stayed here. Posada Dos Ceibas is kept in a natural state and is beautiful in its own right. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The location is so far south that when we walked out onto the beach, we looked left and right and there was not a soul in sight! To have miles of absolutely beautiful beach to yourself is unbelievable. No AC or TV in the cabanas, just peace and quiet. We will be back. Staff was very friendly

We were not staying at Posada Dos Ceibas. We were unhappy with where we were staying and were looking for new accommodations. We went to Dos Ceibas to inquire about their cabanas. We were immediately shown around several cabanas and then invited to breakfast or lunch. We later returned for lunch and Baf was extremely hospitable. We were treated like clients although we were staying elsewhere. We will be staying at Posada Dos Ceibas each year when we visit Tulum.
