My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Hacienda 3 summers ago for our honeymoon, and plan on going back this summer. We both liked staying downtown away from the big hotels and party scene. The staff at was always helpful and courteous.

This hotel is horrible! I will never come here again. In most books it is a 3, but in the apple book it is a 2 red. If I would have checked the apple book I know I wouldn't have stayed at the Radisson Hacienda Cancun. This really is a horrible hotel!

Radisson Hacienda Cancun is a very nice hotel situated right off the busy part of the city but within a minutes walk. Friendly, efficient staff; everything just flows easily here. Good restaurant with good prices. Nice rooms, but if you like really long showers, the hot water might keep up with you.
