I loved the hotel! The maid and room service was great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and the people were nice as can be! I'll go back any day!

A beautiful hotel on azure blue beach. Facilities well kept and everyone very friendly. Have nothing negative to say about this place, only wish I was there for two weeks instead of one. Five Star.

Royal Caribbean Cancun is a GREAT hotel in a great location! Caribbean Sea on one side and the Lagoon on the other. Wonderful food and really good people.

Hi my name is Lean and 2 of my friends get almost killed at Royal Caribbean Cancun, by the mananger just to calling him-jerk, thats not fair. If you are going to travel with friends be very careful. I am not joking.
