In addition, 12 Oceanfront Master Suites also feature two Jacuzzis.

My Wife and I Had the most wonderful vacation at Royal Porto Real. Words can not describe the beauty of this hotel. The service and everything about it was fantastic. We had All-inclusive, that is the only way to go. We loved it so much we are returning in July. I rate this hotel “AAA” and more.

Heaven! Our best vacation ever. The hotel & restaurant staff were wonderful. We chose the all-inclusive plan and were treated like royalty. Accommodations were as near perfect as possible. The pool-side ambiance was festive and very energetic. We would recommend Royal Porto Real hotel to anyone looking for a really great time in Mexico.

While the Royal Porto Real is a beautiful hotel, we chose to use the European plan over the all-inclusive plan and we were treated like second class citizens. It was almost impossible to get one of the waiters’ attention while lounging around the pool or on the beach, instead they focused on the all-inclusive guests who didn't tip! When we were able to get their attention, it took forever to get our drinks and it was rather cumbersome! I would strongly urge anyone who doesn't want to use the all-inclusive plan to NOT stay at this hotel. It is very expensive and the service is horrible! The property is still under construction so we were awakened several mornings by the construction noise. On the last morning of our stay, we were awoken by a knock on our door at 8:30 by hotel staff asking to look at our mini-bar. I have NEVER encountered this type of treatment in all of my travels. Next, we had the maid knock on our door twice and it was still hours before check-out at noon! I felt like they were trying to intimidate us out of our room even before the actual check-out time and don't even think about getting a late check-out! When checking out we encountered many unhappy guests. I recommend booking your hotel at another property!
