Casa Delfin (formerly La Sonrisa del Delfin) was built to accommodate large families or groups. The floor plan includes four bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms. Two bedrooms have two double beds each. One bedroom has two twin beds and a master suite on the top floor has a king bed.

There are two large living rooms, on both the first and second floors. The first floor bar area features an industrial drink cooler, sliding top type. A large, wrap around verandah on the second floor provides a panoramic view of the lagoon area and offers entry to the main bedroom and living room.

A spacious 800 sq. ft roof deck is a favorite place to stargaze or catch a few rays. It is equipped with outdoor lounge chairs as well as built in seating. There is a also a palapa covered area with built-in seating and hammocks so the roof can be enjoyed even in the heat of a summer day.

A pool has recently been built. Relax in the day and enjoy a rooftop view of the lagoon. At night, turn on the heater, turn off the lights, and enjoy the stars.

5 bed, 5 bath villa with direct access to beautiful Yalku Lagoon in Akumal. Can't beat the price, the accommodations or The house staff. Generous sized bedrooms and common areas, awesome view of the lagoon, hot tub on the third floor of the villa. Highly recommended.
