Acquasol Cancun is not a three star hotel; it's not even close. That hotel stinks out. I don't think this was as great as travel agents make it sound. The room doesn't have cable TV, the bathroom stinks and there are cockroaches.

This hotel was not worth the cost. It looks so nice on the computer but it is very run down. It is desperately in need of new management. The phones are not working, water not getting hot, walls cracking, just horrible.

I do not think this was as great as travel agents make it sound. My husband and I are going on a second honeymoon because of the horrible room we had at the Acquasol Club Cancun. The management was horrible and told us they would change our room if we paid $6500 for a time share! There was not a bar to hang clothes on in the closet, the bathroom window didnt close, there was mold on the ceiling and cockroaches in our room! The atmosphere in the pool area is great and the working staff provide great entertainment. I would rather pay 50 more for a nicer hotel.

Terrible customer service! The Acquasol Club Cancun was overbooked, so they send us to another hotel. We get to the other hotel, with papers, they know nothing about us being sent to them. So we had to go back, to have them send us to another hotel

My daughter, three of her friends, and I just came back from Cancun and we can not get the hotel Acquasol Club Cancun off of our minds! We had no idea the hotel would be so wonderful! The staff was superb and the entertainment was a blast to say the least! We have never had so much fun by the pool. The activities staff by the pool made our stay one we will never forget! We are still laughing and we cant wait to go back!

The restaurant food and service was excellent at the Acquasol Club Cancun! The rooms were dark and run down. The shower was large! I found cockroaches in my room. Therefore, I would never go back.

This was our first time to the Acquasol Club Cancun. Everything was Great. Would be very hard to stay anywhere else in Cancun. Love it.

The resort Acquasol Club Cancun was lots of fun! I went with my family in the week of Oct./Nov. The staff was really friendly and they had good food! The staff also went out of their way to make us kids happy. I really really really recommend it. The only thing I didnt like were the washrooms in the rooms but they werent that bad. They just had a weird toilet! S.G age 13

I had a blast at the Acquasol Club Cancun with my family. Were going back in March for spring break. The staff there is awesome and really funny! I would like to say hello to Jennifer, Christian, Carlos, Eric, Avon, Keekay, Fates, Angel, and Rolando! We miss you all so much! Love you!
