From the balcony you can enjoy the wide pedestrian boulevards of downtown Cozumel's Main Plaza, the center of social life on the island.

Locals & tourists alike enjoy strolling on the Plaza in the evenings, exploring the many charming shops & restaurants. Or, just stop for a cool drink at one the many sidewalk cafes and experience the local flavor of San Miguel.

Fresh coffee & sweet bread served daily for our guests from 6:30 am - 10:30 am in our air conditioned lobby. All guests of the Colonial are entitled to a 10% discount at two of the finest restaurants in Cozumel, Las Palmeras & Pepes Grill.

Neither bad nor good. Cheap is the better word. Suites Colonial is located in a no-taxi area just off the Plaza downtown. The Out-Of-Order sign on the elevator was already curling from age. Downtown is generally noisier than beach hotels. Be prepared. A/c worked fine. Clean and the desk clerk was always helpful. Stay here for the low price.
