The Casa Grande at Tropical Evergreens in Soliman Bay, it is a beautiful beach house with an open split-level first floor, and a stairway to a loft bedroom above. On the first floor there is a king-size bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. In the main living area the dining table separates the living room from the full kitchen, and mahogany doors open from this living space to the beach side exterior patio. Palms provide some shade on the exterior patio making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the breeze.

The Casita at Tropical Evergreens has a living area, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for four; queen size bedroom and full bath. A private, outside stairway leads upstairs to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. The entire unit may be rented for a party of 4, or just the downstairs for a party of 2.

A short path from both houses leads to the beach where a thatched palapa makes shade for hammocks and beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay is excellent, right out the front door.

We've stayed at Tropical Evergreens for the last five summers. We've taken our family and every year we have had a better and better time. The Casa Grande is wonderfully decorated, spacious, welcoming, and very clean. The casitas at the back are also lovely and are the perfect size for couples/singles. Both casitas and the big house are perfect for family gatherings. The property is well maintained plus the beach is raked every morning. This place is right in the middle on Soliman Bay and has the best sandy beach - a perfect place to snorkel or kayak. It's a VERY affordable place for family with the conveniences of home without the feel of a hotel. We'll continue to go back!
