Villa Gummerson is a privately owned home in Tankah Tres along the Riviera Maya. The Manatee cenote is across from the villa and it also has excellent snorkeling.

A stunning open entry features two skylight domes and a stairway leading to an inner balcony overlooking the first floor. A half bath is off the entry foyer.

There are four bedrooms, all of which have oceanfront balconies for glorious views of the Caribbean. All bedrooms also have private baths (two of which have shower, double vanity and oversized tile tubs; other two have tile showers and single vanities). Three of the bedrooms have king size beds; fourth bedroom has two double beds.

Villa Gummerson has plenty of living spaces, inside and out. Enjoy a siesta in a hammock on the lower level patio, lounge by the pool or retreat to the rooftop observation area and gaze at the stars. Every room inside the villa has a ceiling fan which aids the ocean breeze to provide a comfortable climate. Though seldom necessary, when needed you can flip on the air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the kitchen.

The spacious kitchen has all the necessities. In addition to the dining room table, there is a snack counter . Make yourself at home in the comfortable living room which is complete with satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo.
