Villa Zama is a breezy beach house on the white sands of Tankah Bay, about 45 minutes south of Cancun, between Akumal and Tulum. With its private beach, away from the tourist developments to the north, it offers a unique experience for those with a love of natural beauty, a respect for the local culture and an independent spirit.

It features a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms – each with a private bath and tile shower, ceiling fans and all the necessary amenities. Tankah Bay is a uniquely private stretch of beach with only a few residences, a great beach side bar and restaurant, a dive shop, inland lagoon (cenote) and plenty of sun and starlit skies.

The beach is white sand and maintained daily. The world's second longest coral reef protects the bay and offers endless opportunities for recreation and exploration ... sun bathe, snorkel, siesta or explore the bay in our two sea kayaks. Enjoy the blackest starlit skies and the sight and sounds of tropical birds ... Mexican margaritas at your leisure.
