Villa Gemelas is a beautiful 2 story Oceanfront twin villa on the Mexican Caribbean coast located in Tankah, a small resort 75 minutes south of Cancun. Located on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach you can swim or snorkel right here and access in and out is nice and sandy. Stretch out under the beach palapas or grab the kayaks and explore the bays reefs.

Each villa is approximately 2,500 square feet and is decorated in Mexican style with beautiful hand carved furniture and original paintings. Each has three air conditioned bedrooms (2 with ocean view) and two baths, a very comfortable living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and large grounds with tropical gardens. The villa also has ceiling fans throughout, two patios, an upstairs sitting room and balcony off the master bedroom, and maid service six days a week.
The villa is comfortable and roomy and has a large ding table for 8. Each villa sleeps 6 w/ King beds in the masters and 2 twins in the guest bedrooms.

From the living area there is a patio with views of the natural vegetation and views of the beach. On the beach you will have lounge chairs and kayaks for your use. The villas are very private and are separated on the beach side by an unobtrusive privacy fence, separate parking in front so there are no concerns if both villas are in use. The lot is large and is 2 beach lots wide as well so your beach use is also private.
