Excellent resort. Be aware that the hotel has been under a complete renewal program after Wilma Hurricane in mid 2006, so now all is new.

Loved the Westin Cancun. We have been twice. Good food, wonderful beds, stayed in the towers both times. Wonderful for being out of the noisey hotel zone. Timeshare was pushy.

I stayed at the Westin and loved it. I am going back during spring break. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend it. Have fun and by the way, it’s totally worth the cost.

I had a beautiful room, view, the whole package. I went down to the beach area to look at the snorkeling packages at the tour desk, then headed to the beach to grab some sun. Upon returning to my room to get my wallet to pay for my snorkeling trip I found that not only all of my money had been stolen but also my diamond earrings and my credit card. The hotel staff was so rude and acted as though it was my fault. If you can afford to be robbed then the Westin is beautiful.

The Westin Cancun was very nice, so I thought. Everything went well until I stepped out of the room for 10 minutes to get a drink (yes, the door locked behind me), and a staff member came into the room, went through my purse and stole my last $100. I would never stay here again.
