I have stayed at the Xbalamque Cancun for the past 3 years and this is definitely a wonderful hotel. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is always nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cancun and who would like to experience the "real" Mexican ways. I will be back!

On a one-night leg of a trip to Cozumel, we found Xbalamque Cancun fairly impressive for the amazingly low price. Mostly Europeans and upper class Mexican clientele, we hardly saw any Americans. How refreshing for overly Americanized Cancun. Really nice decor, artwork, great tile work & clean. Only down point was the bed sheets were (cheap) extraordinarily scratchy poly/cotton mixes. The spa was terrific. I had the best leg/foot massage in my life for very road weary swollen feet/legs. Really nice people in the spa sincerely interested in our comfort and wellness. Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend Xbalamque Cancun to those people who want to explore Cancun and not to spend a lot of money. Xbalamque Hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. I am completely satisfied!

Xbalamque Cancun is an excellent, cozy, and affordable hotel!!! The staff is also excellent, always willing to please. The hotel facility is also very nice and clean. Its decoration in the Mayan style is excellent...makes you feel inside a pyramid. I'd rather stay there again than in the more expensive ones.

Cancun is noisy but Xbalamque Cancun was a lot quieter than the Hotel Margaritas, otherwise known as "BOOM,BOOM" hotel. I loved the artwork here, it was fabulous. Very clean & nice hotel, I would highly recommend it.

Xbalamque Cancun hotel was very cheap and always kept clean. Located on a busy street there was a lot of traffic noise and the cabaret in ground floor bar often went on till 2am and was also very noisy.
