We loved everything!! We went on our honeymoon and can't wait to go back. After reading so many bad reviews we almost canceled but we are so glad we didn't. It was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Beautiful and the staff were so very nice. GO!

Our Honeymoon in Xpu-Ha Palace what a great time we had... Between the beach and the jungle, our hotel was actually an "eco-friendly" natural park. About an hour from Cancun, we were far from the mad tourist life-style. Surrounded by wild animals and the mangrove jungle we were also very near the Mayan Temples. Our "cottage" was designed as a typical Mexican hut but with double Jacuzzi and a terrace - 5 stars hotel service with the smile. We went diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and giant turtles. It was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, stress-free holiday with good food, sun and non-stop tequila! The all-inclusive is great with all drinks free anytime.

We stayed at the XpuHa Palace for one week. The service was excellent. The moment we got there someone was there to talk to us about our room and get us started. They even drove us to our room. The food was excellent and we had many choices of what we wanted to eat. Not only was the food good, but the people were kind, the beach was beautiful and so was the pool. Everyone who worked there was very helpful, and most spoke English well. We had no trouble getting around the resort and you could spend your whole vacation there. There are so many things to do at this hotel, you don't even have to leave.

I recently visited the XpuHa Palace resort to get a first person view of the resort before booking a 2 week vacation. I explained that I was seeking to book 3 rooms for 2 weeks and wanted to make sure it was the resort that would satisfy my family's vacation interests. Although it was later afternoon and there was a lot of check-in activity I did get to speak to the manager. He was hardly interested in giving me the time of day and took his time to get an English speaking guide to show us a room. The guide was very friendly took us directly to a room which was spacious and representative of the photos on the website. The air was stale from having the AC off and there was no private toilet / bath room. The balcony is very nice with a private area and hammock. The most unbelievable thing was the refusal to show us the rest of the resort. Can you imagine that the guide only showed us the room and would not take us to the pool or beach area! I mean why waste the time showing the rooms if you're not going to be show the rest of the resort. I'm very concerned about the service level that I might receive if I stayed here for 2 weeks. I'd like to know if someone else can vouch for the food and service!

This place was horrible! Very bad service. I would not recommend the XpuHa Palace to anyone! A five golden apple is what we looked at in apple vacations book. Book it and was very disappointed in this hotel! I would rate it a 1 for everything but the room. The room I would rate 3. Which I was not in the room very much. If your looking at booking this hotel, you better think twice!

What a fantastic resort! A getaway, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! XpuHa Palace is a great place to take your kids! Snorkeling in the lagoon, amazing rooms and views, tropical rain forest feel, it is the best! Going to Mexico has always been fun, and this would be the best place to enjoy it!

An unbelievable resort is the XpuHa Palace - truly a unique experience. All of the basics were awesome - rooms, food, service, drinks, beaches, activities. What sets it apart is the grounds - vast, sprawling resort with nature all around, and awesome lagoon and snorkeling areas. Very private feeling, lots of space for contemplation and relaxation. You will not feel crowded in the least. Highly recommended - the ONLY complaint is the complete absence of night life. Getting a drink after 11:00 pm. was near impossible, and one can only endure the "entertainment" (staff singing "La Cucaracha" while gargling tequila) so many times. But then again, if you were looking for night life, you would be in Cancun.

A wonderful holiday - great food, super beach with waitresses taking your drink orders, snorkeling and equipment were superb. I would go again to Xpu Ha Palace.
